Customer satisfaction is very important to Pony Up Equestrian. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original and unused condition with its original tags still on within 14 days of purchase with the receipt for either an exchange or an in store credit.
If you would like to exchange or return a product that was mailed out to you, please contact us first to get a Return Authorization number.Without this number, your return cannot be accepted. After you receive this number, please ship the unused item with its original packaging to:
